The above does NOT include:

  1. Doors and walls and ceilings

  2. A report detailing all rectification methods required for defects

  3. Any correspondence or advice with building certifier

  4. Preparation of any evidence for building certifier or fire engineer

  5. Additional inspections to close out initial defects (where relevant)
